By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

This website is operated by Cativate LLC, doing business as Cativate.
Throughout these Terms, “Cativate,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases through this website.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other information accurately.
Actual colors and appearance may vary due to device displays, lighting, printing processes, natural material variation, and manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without notice.
4. Pet Product Disclaimer
Cativate products are intended for normal household pet use.
Pets should be appropriately supervised when necessary. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet based on the animal’s size, behavior, chewing habits, health, and other individual circumstances.
Monitor your pet during use. Corrugated cardboard may shed small pieces during normal scratching. Remove loose pieces as appropriate, and discontinue use if your pet attempts to ingest cardboard or if the product becomes excessively damaged or presents a potential hazard.
Cativate products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or technical errors. If an order is canceled due to such an error after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the canceled order. We will not charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, or product availability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Cativate does not necessarily directly store your complete payment-card information.

11. Intellectual Property
The Cativate website and its content, including logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, branding, and other materials, are owned by Cativate or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, messages, coat-pattern ideas, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
Submitting a product or coat-pattern suggestion does not create an ownership interest in any future Cativate product, design, concept, or collection based on similar ideas.

Violate applicable law
Commit fraud
Interfere with website security or operation
Upload malicious code
Infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights
Harvest customer or website data without authorization

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
