Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Please review the measurements before ordering to make sure the scratcher is the right fit for your cat and your space.

We do our best to represent each design accurately. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur because of screen setting, printing, materials, lighting, and manufacturing variations.

The lifespan will vary depending on your cat’s size, scratching habits, frequency of use, and whether multiple cats use the same scratcher. Corrugated cardboard is a consumable material and will naturally wear down over time.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, scratchers that have been opened, scratched, used, or exposed to a pet generally cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

We currently ship to eligible U.S. addresses shown during checkout. Shipping availability and pricing may vary by destination.
